Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
Follow up on leads and support the sales process from initial contact to closing.




Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and support.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations for customers and management.
Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, training programs, and networking events.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or business development is an asset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is an asset.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally is an must
