Responsibilities:
Monitor guest safety and behaviour inside the venue
Proactively identify and address potential risks or unsafe situations
Assist with crowd management on the dance floor, stage area, and throughout the building Respond to incidents professionally, calmly, and in accordance with policy
Support ID checks and intoxication assessments as required
Communicate clearly with the security team and management through the night
Assist with venue clearing at close and end-of-night duties afterward
Maintain a welcoming, respectful, guest-oriented approach to security

Requirements: Valid BST (Basic Security Training) License

REQUIRED:
Availability to work late-night shifts
Solid situational awareness and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to stay calm and skilled in high-pressure environments




Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
Physically able to stand for long periods and navigate a busy venue
Previous bar/nightclub security experience is an asset
