Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, accurately processing orders and payments
Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines, ensuring quality and consistency
Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and making correct change
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, following food safety protocols
Assist with upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales




Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and food delivery

Qualifications
Prior food preparation or food service experience is highly preferred
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and transparent communication abilities
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order calculations
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple tasks
Previous restaurant or food industry experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
