Job Summary

We’re on the lookout for a friendly and energetic Cashier/Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their purchases and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, providing product information when needed.
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process transactions, including cash handling and credit card payments.
Maintain an organized checkout area, ensuring all merchandise is properly merchandised and stocked.




Upsell products by suggesting complementary items or promotions to enhance the customer’s shopping experience.
Handle customer inquiries in person with professionalism and clear communication skills.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick and efficient service.
Follow all store policies regarding cash handling, safety procedures, and cleanliness standards.

Skills
Previous retail sales or cashiering experience
Strong communication skills in English
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Knowledge of merchandising techniques and POS systems is advantageous.
Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Good organizational skills and time management to prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
