Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Beverage Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a rapid-paced restaurant environment.
Duties
Greet customers warmly and take their orders promptly
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including coffee, tea, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages
Ensure accuracy in order taking and delivery to meet customer expectations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage service area
Upsell additional items to enhance the customer experience
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Experience
Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred
Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality




Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
Experience in bartending or beverage service is a plus
