We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Education and Sales Advisor to join our team! You will inspire learners while leveraging your sales expertise to promote our offerings. Responsibilities
Deliver information efficiently to prospective students, highlighting program benefits and career pathways.
Actively recruit new students by identifying their needs, answering questions, and guiding them through the application process.
Utilize public speaking skills to confidently communicate complex information in a clear and motivating manner.
Maintain thorough knowledge of our educational offerings, including curriculum details and admission requirements.
Build robust relationships with prospective students,
providing personalized support throughout their decision-making process.
Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure smooth onboarding for new students.
Use CRM systems such as Ellucian or similar platforms to track interactions, follow up on leads, and manage student data efficiently.
Requirements
Familiarity with recruiting processes and techniques to attract prospective students or clients preferred
Knowledge of Ellucian or comparable student information systems is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for education and helping others succeed.
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and confidently in both one-on-one and group settings.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to outreach and relationship-building.
Prior experience in sales or advising roles within educational institutions is a plus.
