Our busy multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic in the Langley/Willowbrook area is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Medical Office Assistant (MOA) / Physiotherapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team on a part-time, permanent basis.

The successful candidate will support both the front desk and clinical team, helping ensure efficient clinic operations while providing excellent service to our patients. Evening availability is required.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Reception and general administrative duties
Answering phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
Scheduling and managing patient appointments
Billing patients and processing insurance/direct billing
Assisting physiotherapists with basic patient and treatment-area preparation as directed
Cleaning and preparing treatment rooms between patients
Cleaning and organizing equipment
Laundry and general clinic housekeeping
Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment
Supporting the clinical and administrative team as needed

We are looking for someone who has:
Previous experience in a physiotherapy or rehabilitation clinic




Experience using Jane App
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent English communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a busy clinic environment
Positive computer skills
A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to learn quickly and work independently when required

Experience:
Physiotherapy/rehabilitation clinic: 1 year preferred
Jane App: 1 year preferred
MOA and/or PTA experience is an asset

Position Details:

Hours: Approximately 20–25 hours per week
Must be available for evening shifts
Salary: $20.00–$22.00 per hour
