We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of our apartment buildings.

This role involves performing deep cleaning of recently vacated units and routine cleaning tasks to ensure a safe, hygienic, and welcoming workplace for residents and visitors. Responsibilities
Perform deep cleaning of vacant apartments (washroom, kitchen (including inside appliances, windows, floors, balconies)
Perform thorough cleaning of common areas, hallways, stairwells, lobbies, and laundry facilities within the apartment building
Maintain cleanliness of entryways, elevators, and exterior walkways as needed
Ensure trash is collected and properly disposed of in designated areas
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health standards




Report any significant maintenance issues or safety concerns to management promptly

Requirements
Proven experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently within scheduled timeframes
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment and supplies
Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Reliable work ethic with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Ability to work flexible hours as needed for routine or special cleaning projects
