We are looking for a Parts & Inventory Advisor to join our team! The ideal candidate would work well individually and as part of a team to achieve all requirements and deadlines for part ordering and managing inventory. Duties include and are not limited to:
Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts to maintain optimal inventory levels
Monitoring the current parts inventory and completing weekly and monthly counts
Pricing parts to maintain profitability
Receiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling them
Helping technicians find the correct parts and quoting them
Overseeing special orders
Collaborating with service team to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs
Answering phones
Data entry
Completing truck inventory for service technicians and daily replenishment





A successful candidate will posses the following skills:
Sales and customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Mathematical skills
Problem-solving skills
Previous HVAC experience is a bonus but will train the right candidate
Ability to work in a rapid-paced and sometimes loud workplace
Leadership skillsto keep the parts department running smoothly
Product knowledge to ensure they identify parts correctly and recommend the needed parts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
