Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Soccer Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in soccer, with the ability to educate and inspire players of all skill levels. This role requires a commitment to fostering a positive and competetive setting where athletes can develop their skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement training programs that enhance players' technical skills, tactical understanding, and physical fitness.
Conduct regular practice sessions focusing on skill development, teamwork, and game strategies.
Educate players on the rules of soccer and promote valuable sportsmanship both on and off the field.
Organize and lead competitive matches, ensuring all players have the opportunity to participate.
Assess individual player performance and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.
Foster a positive team culture that promotes collaboration, mutual respect, and personal growth among team members.




Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaching staff regarding player progress and team activities.

Requirements
C-level license preferred, or Learn to Train as a minimum.
Previous experience playing or coaching soccer at a competitive level is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to educate players effectively.
A passion for teaching the game of soccer and developing young athletes.
Ability to create engaging training sessions that cater to various skill levels.
Certification in CPR/First Aid is highly desirable but not mandatory.
Availability to work evenings and weekends as required by practice schedules and games.
