Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Health Care Aides to provide high-quality support to individuals in assisted living, nursing homes, and home care settings. This role is vital in enhancing the well-being and independence of seniors and individuals with disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for caregiving, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and comfortable workplace for clients. Prior experience in senior care, dementia care, or working with individuals with disabilities is highly valued. Duties
Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Administer medications following prescribed schedules and safety protocols
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment
Support clients with meal preparation and feeding as needed
Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a hygienic living space
Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals or family members




Assist with mobility exercises or transfers using proper techniques to ensure safety
Support clients with activities that promote independence and quality of life
Document care provided accurately in accordance with facility policies and procedures

Skills
Experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care environments preferred
Knowledge of senior care practices, dementia care, and medication administration
Solid caregiving skills with patience, empathy, and excellent communication abilities
Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or special needs
Competence in basic cleaning, meal preparation, and household tasks related to client care
Ability to follow detailed care plans and safety protocols diligently
Flexibility to adapt to changing needs of clients and work collaboratively within a team setting
