Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to join our human resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. This role requires strong data entry skills, familiarity with payroll and accounting software, and a solid understanding of human resources processes. The Payroll Clerk will play a vital role in maintaining accurate employee compensation records and supporting overall payroll operations.

Duties
Process payroll using systems such as ADP or similar HRIS platforms
Enter and verify employee data related to hours worked, wages, deductions, and advantages
Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare reports for management review
Manage accounts payable and receivable related to payroll transactions
Ensure compliance with tax laws, labor regulations, and company policies
Assist with employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and resolve discrepancies promptly
Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions and employee information
Support bookkeeping activities related to payroll expenses and other financial data
Other tasks assigned by Manager





Experience
Proven experience working with payroll systems such as Workday, ADP or similar HRIS/payroll software
Familiarity with data entry, account reconciliation, bookkeeping, and financial analysis skills
Experience handling accounts payable and receivable processes within a human resources or finance environment
Prior work in human resources or payroll administration is highly desirable
Excellent attention to detail with robust organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Ability to analyze data accurately and resolve discrepancies quickly

Pay: $42,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
