Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanic to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of cars and light-duty trucks to ensure optimal operational performance. Duties
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment
Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and techniques
Repair or replace faulty components, including suspension components primarily, and also drivetrain/electronic issues
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs performed
Collaborate with teams to schedule repairs with minimal disruption to operations
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies
Assist in troubleshooting complex mechanical problems and recommend improvements for equipment reliability
Keep work areas clean, organized, and secure at all times

Qualifications
Proven experience as a mechanic or in a similar maintenance role
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics,



and electrical components
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams to guide in repairing vehicles, etc.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills for documenting work orders and collaborating with team members
Certifications such as 310-S or equivalent are preferred; close approaching certification is also considered (preference will be given to those with certification or Level 3 Apprenticeship)
Basic computer skills for maintaining maintenance logs and reports

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
