Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Daycare Teacher to inspire and nurture young children in a energetic early childhood education environment. Responsibilities
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and hands-on activities
Foster a nurturing environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and social interaction among children
Monitor children's behavior and provide guidance to support positive interactions and conflict resolution
Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, daily activities, and any concerns
Maintain a clean, organized classroom that adheres to health and safety standards at all times
Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and collaborating with specialists as needed




Use computer skills to document daily activities, attendance records, and developmental milestones

Requirements
Proven experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childcare best practices
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English is required, proficiency in French is a plus
Experience working with children with disabilities or in special education environments is preferred
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members
Excellent organizational skills to manage classroom activities and maintain documentation accurately
Ability to operate computers for record keeping, lesson planning, and communication purposes
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to manage classroom dynamics efficiently
Valid certification in childcare or early childhood education preferred; ongoing career development encouraged
