CNC Programmer

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our shop. We manufacture ductwork fittings using a Plasma table with CAM software and sheets of metal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining and programming, with the ability to read technical drawings and worksheets, and utilize various tools and equipment.

Duties:
Interpret technical drawings to determine machining specifications.
Set up CNC machine, including calibrating tools and fixtures for optimal performance.
Conduct routine maintenance on the Plasma cutter to ensure reliability and accuracy.
Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining processes.
Fabricate duct fittings as required.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment,



following safety protocols at all times.

Experience
Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role in a manufacturing workplace.
Ability to read and interpret worksheets and fittings accurately is essential.
Proficiency in operating CNC machinery.
Robust mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
Ability to form fittings using various machines and metal breaks is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
