(70% + Tip) We are seeking a professional barber who is skilled in( using scissors and razor), a personable and skilled individual to join our team . This role involves providing exceptional customer service in a energetic environment, with opportunities to develop skills in hair styling and front desk operations. Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
Assist clients with hair styling consultations, ensuring their needs are understood and met
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and equipment
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client experience and satisfaction
Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments,



checking in clients, and handling inquiries
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Support the team with retail sales efforts by promoting products aligned with client needs

Requirements
Previous experience in customer service
Knowledge of hair styling techniques and sanitation standards is a plus
Solid communication skills with the ability to engage clients professionally
Ability to upsell services and products in a friendly, non-intrusive manner
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
