Duties
Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, presenting our products and services with enthusiasm and confidence
Develop new business opportunities by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and establishing relationships in target markets
Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction for long-term partnerships
Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, addressing client needs, and fostering loyalty through excellent customer service
Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that increase brand awareness and generate leads
Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement




Conduct technical sales presentations tailored to client requirements, explaining product features and benefits clearly in both English and Spanish when needed

Experience
Proven experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in B2B (business-to-business) environments or technology sales
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
Familiarity with account management practices and maintaining long-term customer relationships
Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies to support sales initiatives
Analysis skills to interpret market trends, customer feedback, and sales data for strategic planning
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing contacts and sales pipelines
Technical sales experience is highly desirable, especially involving technology products or solutions
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
