Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries in a qualified manner
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash, credit, and digital transactions
Handle cash, credit card payments, and process refunds with precision and integrity
Conduct product demonstrations and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote products
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth checkout processes and store flow

Skills




Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills to serve diverse customer needs effectively
Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering roles, especially involving technology products or demos
Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and team members clearly and confidently
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and balancing registers at shift end
Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail merchandising techniques
Excellent organizational skills to keep the storefront tidy and well-stocked
Ability to perform product demos and upsell effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanor
Time management skills to prioritize tasks during high traffic periods
Phone etiquette for professional communication with customers over the phone or in person
