SkySport and Recreation, a division of Multi-Turf Canada, is looking for a motivated VP Business Development to help expand our business in the resort, condominium, and sports facility industries.

We specialize in creating and enhancing recreational spaces, transforming rooftops and ground-level areas into unique sports and recreation experiences, including pickleball, padel, soccer, tennis, multi-use courts, walking tracks, and golf hitting and putting areas.

We're looking for an outgoing, articulate, and well-presented skilled with experience in sports and recreation. Candidates must hold a valid driver's license and be comfortable travelling to meet clients.

What You'll Do
Research potential clients and identify key decision-makers
Generate leads through cold calling, emails, and in-person visits
Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients
Introduce our products and services to property owners, managers, and other decision-makers
Build and maintain relationships with clients
Follow up on leads and work toward sales targets
Work with our team to prepare proposals and close sales




Who We're Looking For
Experience in sales, business development, or a related field
Comfortable making cold calls and approaching recent businesses
Able to research companies and find the right people to contact
Confident conducting in-person meetings and presentations
Robust communication and relationship-building skills
Organized, motivated, and able to work independently
Valid driver's licence and ability to travel for client meetings
Experience in the recreation, hospitality, or property management sectors is an asset.

Compensation & Support

We offer:
Competitive base salary plus commission, commensurate with experience
Uncapped commission potential

Pay: $35,200.00-$114,700.00 per year
