Dental Receptionist / Dental Administrator - Strathcona County

Full-time | $25–$32 per hour | No evenings or weekends

We are seeking an experienced, proactive Dental Receptionist for a up-to-date, supportive dental clinic. Your main priority will be keeping the schedule full: actively booking patients, anticipating openings, and promptly filling short-notice cancellations.

Key Responsibilities
Proactively fill appointment openings and short-notice cancellations through phone calls, texts, and emails.
Actively use our online marketing dashboard to reach out to patients, follow up on inquiries, and convert interest into booked appointments.
Review upcoming schedules daily, maintain cancellation lists, and contact patients needing treatment or overdue recalls.
Confirm appointments, manage rescheduling,



and coordinate with the clinical team for efficient patient flow.
Welcome patients, process insurance claims and payments, and maintain accurate records.

What We’re Looking For
MUST have 1–2 years of dental reception or administration experience required
Proven ability to manage and proactively fill a dental schedule
Confidence using dental software and online dashboards for patient outreach
Strong initiative, persistence, organization, and follow-through
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A calm, skilled, and team-focused approach
