Position – Food & Beverage Manager

Location – Banff, Alberta, Canada

Salary – CAD $60,000–$63,000

Qualifications:
Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction.
Lead, train, and develop service teams while fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
Manage scheduling, labor costs and operational efficiency.
Maintain luxury hospitality standards and consistency across dining experiences.
Demonstrate a hands-on,



engaging leadership style with a genuine passion for hospitality.

Requirements:
Previous F&B; management experience within an upscale hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant.
Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
Solid understanding of beverage operations, labor management, and cost controls.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality setting.

Pay: $60,000.00-$63,000.00 per year
