Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodian to maintain cleanliness and safety across our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean, protected, and welcoming setting for staff and visitors. This role offers an prospect to contribute to the overall upkeep of our premises through efficient and thorough cleaning practices.

Responsibilities
Perform routine cleaning of floors, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
Conduct commercial cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
Maintain cleanliness of facilities by performing scheduled cleaning and spot cleaning as needed throughout the day
Assist with basic facilities maintenance including minor repairs or reporting larger issues to management
Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stored properly and maintained in good working condition




Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working setting
Support overall facility upkeep by participating in periodic deep-cleaning projects and special maintenance tasks

Experience
Prior experience in cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and facilities maintenance is a plus
Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

This position provides an essential role in maintaining the integrity and appearance of our facilities, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all occupants.

Pay: $17.95 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 32.0 per week
