Cash Applications Clerk

Your success will be defined by your ability to:
Posting customer payments, match receipts to invoices, and applies credits.
Payment posting along with other basic AR duties
Recording and processing incoming customer payments.
Payment posting, reconciliations, account adjustments, and other AR administration
Researching client accounts and proper payment terms

Your strengths include:
3+ years of experience in a Cash Applications or Accounts Receivable role
Experience with job costing is an asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel is required
Ability to multi-task with a high level of accuracy and timeliness
Strong accuracy and attention to detail is required
Ability to work both independently, as well as part of a team
