Logistics Coordinator | Full-Time | St. John’s, NL

Cargocan Agency Ltd., part of the Eimskip Group, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our St. John’s team.

What You’ll Do
Provide professional and responsive customer service
Coordinate shipments from booking through delivery
Communicate with customers, vendors, carriers, and service providers
Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation
Ensure invoicing is accurate, complete, and up to date
Monitor shipments and provide timely status updates
Identify potential delays or operational issues and work toward solutions
Support the team with day-to-day freight forwarding and logistics activities

What We’re Looking For
Robust communication and customer service skills




Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
A proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, or freight forwarding is an asset
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word is preferred
