We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience to join a growing litigation practice in Kelowna, BC. The ideal candidate will have solid commercial litigation skills, solid academic credentials, and the motivation to develop their practice while handling complex disputes.

Responsibilities
Manage and assist with complex commercial litigation matters.
Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
Draft pleadings, legal opinions, applications, and other litigation documents.
Represent clients in court proceedings and advocate for their interests.
Provide practical, client-focused advice on commercial disputes.
Build and develop a successful litigation practice.




Maintain robust client relationships and contribute to the growth of the firm's commercial litigation practice.

Qualifications
3+ years of post-call experience; flexibility is available.
Strong experience and interest in commercial litigation.
Solid law school grades and academic performance.
Strong legal research, drafting, analytical, and advocacy skills.
High level of motivation and ambition to develop a litigation practice.
Solid commitment to client service and practical legal solutions.
Ability to manage complex litigation matters and work collaboratively with colleagues.
