Receptionist – IV Infusion & Diabetes Clinic

Aurora Holistic Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced, professional, and highly organized Medical Receptionist to join our IV Infusion and Diabetes Care Clinic.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 2–4 years of experience working in a medical or clinical setting is required.
Speaking French and Arabic fluently is an asset.
Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist, Medical Administrator, or similar healthcare administrative professional.
Hands-on experience with Jane App, Accuro EMR, TELUS Health, or another medical Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system is required.
Strong experience with patient registration, appointment scheduling, referrals, medical documentation, and maintaining confidential patient records is needed.
Excellent telephone, email, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Very strong computer and administrative skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a clinical environment
Robust attention to detail and understanding of patient privacy and confidentiality is required of you.

Key Responsibilities

As a Receptionist at our Clinic,



you will be expected to:
Welcome and register patients in a skilled and friendly manner
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
Have a positive, positive attitude and demeanour
Answer telephone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
Maintain accurate patient information using Jane App and/or the clinic's EMR system
Manage referrals, forms and medical documents.
Coordinate communication with physicians, nurses, dietitians, pharmacies, laboratories, and other healthcare providers effectively
Provide administrative support for nurses, dietitians, and IV infusion and diabetes care programs.
Assist with general clinic administration and day-to-day front-desk operations.

Important Application Requirement

Applicants must have at least 2 years of previous experience working in a medical setting. Experience using Jane App, Accuro, TELUS Health, or another comparable EMR system is also required.

Pay: $17.60-$24.76 per hour
