Full Job Description:

RP Social Club & Ouzo Taverna are looking for a strong kitchen leader to help run and organize our kitchen operations.

This is a hands-on role — you’ll be working the line while also helping improve efficiency, prep systems, and team performance.

We are not looking for someone to just “cook” — we need someone who can take ownership of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
Run the line during service and lead the team
Organize prep and ensure kitchen readiness
Maintain food quality, consistency, and speed
Help build systems for efficiency and cleanliness
Support training and accountability of kitchen staff
Communicate with management on operations and improvements

What We’re Looking For:
2–5+ years kitchen experience (lead or supervisor preferred)
Strong understanding of high-volume service
Leadership mindset — not just a worker




Organized, reliable, and takes initiative
Can handle pressure and keep the team focused
Available evenings and weekends

$18–$22/hour (based on experience)
