Wage: $40.73 per hour (Starting rate)
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Red Seal Electrician to join our client's team in Balzac, AB. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repair of automated production equipment and industrial plant machinery.

Key Responsibilities
Maintenance & Repair: Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical components, motors, three-phase systems, and automated machinery.
Diagnostics: Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to quickly diagnose and resolve equipment failures.
System Support: Monitor and maintain PLC-driven production lines to ensure minimal downtime and optimal plant efficiency.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to the Canadian Electrical Code,



corporate safety policies, and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements
Certification: Valid Red Seal Electrician certification (or Alberta Journeyman ticket).
Experience: Experience within an industrial manufacturing environment is considered a solid asset.
Transportation: Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation, as the facility is located in Balzac and is not accessible by public transit.
Safety Gear: Must wear CSA-approved metatarsal safety boots. All other necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided.
Skills: Robust mechanical aptitude, trouble-shooting skills, and the physical capability to handle the demands of an industrial plant setting.

Pay: From $40.73 per hour
