This position also includes kitchen preparation duties such peeling and preparing beets, onions, potatoes.

Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble cabbage rolls, pyryshky, meatballs, and other traditional dishes according to established recipes and standards
Handle food safely by following proper sanitation and food handling procedures
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during food preparation
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and cooking areas to ensure a hygienic environment




Assist with inventory management by organizing ingredients and supplies for efficient workflow
Support the team with timely food production during busy service hours
Uphold food safety regulations and ensure all products meet quality standards before serving

Skills
Experience in food preparation, especially with traditional or ethnic dishes such as cabbage rolls, pyryshky, or meatballs
Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly desirable
Understanding of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Kitchen experience that demonstrates familiarity with food industry standards and serving techniques

Pay: $16.40-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
