Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases in a courteous, professional manner
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments
Handle cash handling responsibilities with precision, including giving correct change and balancing registers at shift end
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are correctly priced and stocked
Conduct product demos when applicable to enhance customer understanding and encourage sales
Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while providing helpful recommendations




Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements
Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
Robust communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Ability to manage time effectively in a busy workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising practices, and retail operations is advantageous
Excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills to support smooth store operations
Demonstrated ability to work well within a team, adapt quickly, and handle multiple tasks efficiently
