About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Scheduler to serve as the critical operational connector between our Projects, Sales and Shop Floor teams. In this role, you will work side-by-side with Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Document Controllers, and Shop personnel to align production capacity, maintain active schedules, and ensure projects cross the finish line on time.

What You’ll Do
Develop, maintain, and track detailed project and production schedules in alignment with customer commitments and resource availability.
Act as the central communication bridge between the project management branch and shop floor administration to keep workflows transparent and synchronized.
Coordinate closely with the Shop Administrator to monitor shop capacity, manpower allocation, and day-to-day production progress.
Partner with the Document Control Technician to synchronize drawing releases, manufacturing data packages, and BOM/router timelines.
Monitor progress against project schedules and budgets, proactively identifying bottlenecks and recommending recovery plans to the Project Manager.
Participate in project kickoff meetings and production reviews, compiling schedules and tracking action items across cross-functional teams.




Utilize ERP systems to update scheduling milestones, lead times, and routing data.

What You Bring
Post-secondary diploma in Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
2+ years of direct experience in scheduling, planning, or project coordination within an industrial, manufacturing, or fabrication workplace.
Robust working knowledge of ERP software and project scheduling tools (MS Project, Advanced Excel).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to interface effectively between shop floor personnel and management.
Exceptional organization, prioritization, and analytical problem-solving skills under pressure.

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
