What You'll Do
Clean kitchen exhaust systems from end to end: hoods, filters, ductwork, and rooftop exhaust fans
Degrease and pressure wash using commercial equipment and chemicals
Set up and tear down job sites, including plastic wrap, containment, and cleanup, so the kitchen is left spotless
Work on rooftops and ladders using fall arrest equipment
Take before and after photos and apply service certificate stickers
Spot and report issues such as damaged fans, missing access panels, and grease buildup hazards
Represent the company professionally with clients and site staff
What We're Looking For
Physically fit and comfortable with heavy, dirty, hands-on work
Not afraid of heights, ladders, or rooftops
Reliable and on time,
and able to work nights and weekends (most jobs happen after kitchens close)
Valid driver's licence and a clean driving record
Detail-oriented: we don't cut corners
Experience in hood cleaning, pressure washing, or a trade is an asset but not required. We'll train the right person.
