Join Our Team as a Veterinary Client Service Representative

This role is more than just answering phones - it’s about creating a welcoming, calm, and positive experience for both our clients and their pets from the moment they walk through the door.

What You’ll Do
Greet clients and their pets warmly and guide them through the check-in and check-out process
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily flow of the clinic
Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, both in person, over the phone, by email and text
Process payments and support basic invoicing and administrative tasks




Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Coordinate communication between clients and the veterinary team
Help keep the front desk and client areas organized, clean and welcoming
Support the team with shared clinic responsibilities when needed

What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional presence
Ability to stay organized and focused in a rapid-paced setting
Confidence handling multiple tasks and shifting priorities
Genuine empathy for both pets and their people - especially during stressful or emotional moments
A team-first mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
Previous customer service experience (veterinary experience is an asset, but not required)
