Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Labourer to join our team on a full time basis. The successful candidate will be involved in various aspects of construction projects, providing essential support to skilled tradespeople and ensuring the smooth progression of building works. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple construction disciplines within a energetic environment.

Duties
Assist with the preparation and organisation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment.
Support trades such as roofing, plumbing, electrical, masonry, carpentry, plastering, and fabrication by performing tasks under supervision.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to aid in construction activities.
Assist with the installation of scaffolding, formwork, or other temporary structures as required.
Help with site clean-up and waste removal to maintain a safe working environment.
Follow schematics and technical drawings to support specialised tasks such as electrical wiring or masonry work.
Support the application of construction painting and finishing tasks as needed.




Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines whilst maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications
Previous experience or familiarity with construction-related activities is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
Knowledge of roofing, plumbing, welding, electrical systems, masonry, carpentry, or related trades is desirable.
Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Basic understanding of schematics and technical drawings is beneficial.
Good physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
Solid team player with excellent communication skills.
Valid UK driving licence is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn new skills is essential.

Pay: $18.22-$30.82 per hour
