Join our energetic construction team as a General Construction Worker/Handy Man. Duties
Assist with reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to support project execution
Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively to perform tasks such as framing, drywall installation, or concrete finishing
Prepare construction sites by clearing debris,organizing materials for efficient workflow
Perform baasic masonry work, possible concrete forming, and finishing to ensure durable structures
Support carpentry tasks such as cabinet installation, flooring, tile laying, and framing to meet project specifications
Conduct basic electrical, plumbing, or welding tasks under supervision where needed to assist specialized tradespeople




Apply construction painting and caulking techniques to improve the aesthetic appeal and weatherproofing of structures
Follow safety protocols diligently while working with heavy machinery or in restoration projects to maintain a protected work environment

Requirements
Proven construction experience with familiarity in multiple trades is an asset
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment operation
Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing techniques, and flooring installation methods a plus but not mandatory
Experience with plumbing systems or electrical wiring is a plus but not mandatory
Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift heavy materials, and perform manual tasks for extended periods
Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills on the job

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
