We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Line Cook / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team.

The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, works well in a fast-paced workplace, and understands the importance of fresh food, consistency, cleanliness, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

● Prepare fresh ingredients and complete daily kitchen prep

● Cook and assemble menu items according to Yassou standards

● Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner periods

● Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area

● Follow food safety and kitchen procedures

● Assist with stocking and organizing ingredients

● Work as part of a team to keep kitchen operations running smoothly

● Complete opening and closing kitchen duties as required

What We’re Looking For

● Previous kitchen, line cook, or prep cook experience is an asset





● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

● Reliable and punctual

● Robust work ethic and positive attitude

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

● Good attention to detail

● Food safety knowledge is an asset
