We are hiring a Journeyman Sheet Metal Worker/Millwright to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing sheet metal products according to specifications, ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
Measure, cut, bend, and weld sheet metal to required dimensions
Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery (shears, brakes, presses, etc.)
Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with standards
Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following all health and safety protocols
Collaborate with other trades and team members to complete projects on time
Welding experience an asset
Proficient in the use of sheet metal tools and equipment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
