About the role

La Brezza is looking for a reliable, motivated Kitchen Helper / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. The position starts part-time, and we are open to moving the right person to full-time. This is a outstanding chance for someone who wants to learn and grow: we will train you on the line, with the goal of promoting you to Line Cook, with a pay increase when you move up.

What you'll do
Prepare and plate salads during service
Help with daily prep (washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients)
Keep the kitchen, workstations, and equipment clean and organized
Support the cooks during service wherever needed
Follow food safety and sanitation standards

What we're looking for
Some previous kitchen experience (minimal experience is fine)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen
Must be available evenings and weekends; the schedule varies from week to week
