Executive Compass Flight Institute is looking for a personable, organized, and proactive team member to support student recruitment and daily flight dispatch operations.
You’ll help prospective students understand their training options, guide them through enrollment, and coordinate flight bookings and student services. This role suits someone who enjoys sales, builds relationships naturally, and can manage several priorities while keeping details accurate.

What you’ll do
Student Recruitment & Sales
Respond to prospective student inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
Explain flight training programs, pricing, enrollment requirements, and next steps.
Follow up with leads consistently and help turn inquiries into enrollments.
Arrange introductory flights and school visits.
Maintain accurate lead records and support students through the enrollment process.

Flight Dispatch & Student Services
Coordinate flight bookings, aircraft availability, and instructor schedules.
Support daily dispatch activities in accordance with school procedures.
Communicate booking changes and operational updates to students and instructors.




Assist with student check-ins, payments, records, and general administrative tasks.
Work closely with instructors and the operations team to keep daily activities running smoothly.

What we’re looking for
Experience in sales, customer service, admissions, or a similar customer-facing role.
Solid communication skills and a friendly, skilled approach.
Confidence following up with leads and working toward enrollment goals.
Robust organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Comfort using scheduling software, customer databases, and standard office tools.
Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday, including weekends.
An interest in aviation; previous flight school or aviation experience is an asset.
