We are currently looking for a Sales Manager for the LEDUC Area.

Responsibilities including, but not limited to:
Oversee and manage sales personnel with daily training
Maintain a healthy vehicle inventory
Forecast and achieve monthly, quarterly, yearly targets
Ensure maximum profitability and efficiency in the Sales and Finance Department
Provide effective leadership and create a high-performance culture
Ensure dealer is compliant to manufacturer standards
Achieve and maintain above region CSI ratings

Skills and Attributes:

Must have at least 2 years of auto industry experience





Good understanding of credit evaluation and vehicle selectionStrong organization and communication skills

Robust leadership and team building skillsTrustworthy, reliable

Experience in PBS, DealerTrack an asset

Must have Experience as a Sales Manager
