About the Role
We are a well-established industrial machinery distributor with 85+ years in business, serving customers across North America. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team in Delta, BC.

This is a hands-on, in office role that sits at the centre of our daily freight and customs activity. You will report to the Supply Chain Specialist and take ownership of inbound and outbound shipments from start to finish.

What You’ll Do
Coordinate inbound and outbound freight including LTL, full truckload, air, and ocean shipments
Prepare and review shipping documentation: bills of lading, packing lists, customs forms, and import/export filings
Work with customs brokers and carriers to resolve holds, discrepancies, and delivery issues
Track shipments and communicate status updates to internal stakeholders




Manage freight claims and follow through to resolution
Maintain accurate records in Microsoft Business Central
Support purchasing and receiving by verifying quantities and resolving discrepancies
Assist with process improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years of experience in freight, logistics, or supply chain coordination
Post-secondary education in supply chain, business, or a related field preferred
Experience with Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP is an asset
Robust MS Office skills
Clear written and verbal English
Sharp attention to detail and accuracy with documentation
Able to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
Proactive, team-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced workplace

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
