We are seeking a dedicated Medical Office Assistant (MOA) to join our healthcare team. The MOA plays a vital role in supporting patient care and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Duties
Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming environment
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently
Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures
Prepare and update patient medical records accurately
Manage incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and relay messages appropriately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas and equipment
Support physicians and nurses with clinical tasks such as specimen collection or room preparation
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards

Requirements
Prior experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with hospital experience or outpatient clinics




Knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration procedures
Robust organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and compassionate patient interaction
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
Certification or training in medical assisting is preferred but not required
Ability to pass background checks and adhere to safety protocols
Must be available to work the occasional Saturday shift
