- Set up and maintain accounting records for Private Equity funds
- Prepare financial statements and valuation reports
- Calculate capital calls and manage investor notices




- Release capital notices with quarterly reports
- Ensure compliance with internal control frameworksRequirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years’ accounting experience, preferably in a PE firm
- Understanding of US GAAP and fund structures
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
