Join our dynamic team as a Property Manager and take charge of overseeing the productive operation and maintenance of commercial and industrial properties. In this energetic role, you will ensure that all facilities are well-maintained, secure, and compliant with regulations while providing exceptional service to tenants and stakeholders. Your leadership will drive property performance, coordinate maintenance projects, and foster a positive environment that enhances property value and tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring smooth functioning and safety compliance
Oversee maintenance activities, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, low voltage systems, and industrial equipment
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs, upgrades, and project management initiatives
Supervise external service providers to ensure high-quality work standards
Schedule, track, and document maintenance tasks and asset histories
Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and system diagrams for troubleshooting and repairs
Lead safety inspections, enforce regulatory compliance, and implement preventative maintenance plans





Qualifications
Proven management experience in property or facilities management with strong leadership skills
Solid project management background with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of manufacturing environments or industrial maintenance practices is highly desirable
Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and electrical systems
Experience working with Yardi software for maintenance tracking and reporting
Mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems, low voltage wiring, and electrical troubleshooting
Supervising experience in a technical or industrial setting is preferred
Excellent communication skills in English to effectively lead teams and liaise with stakeholders

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
