The Program

Assistant III is an essential member of the healthcare team and supports the efficient day-to-day operations of the DI department.

Responsibilities include processing patient referrals, scheduling appointments, greeting and checking in patients, and providing administrative support to facilitate patient flow. The successful candidate must possess solid computer skills and be comfortable using various information systems to manage referrals, appointments, and patient information. Solid interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

The incumbent must be able to multitask, manage frequent interruptions, adapt to changing priorities, learn and follow workflows, and exercise sound judgment and problem-solving skills while working independently. Must maintain confidentiality of all information handled at all times.
