Fraser Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Hospice Residence to provide direct nursing care and coordinate care plans. You will assess needs, document care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support comfort, dignity and family involvement.Requirements include graduation from an approved nursing program and active BC registration, with at least two years in medical nursing and hospice/palliative care preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
