As a Building Attendant, you will report to the Supervisor of Building Services. This position requires residency on-site and focuses on providing maintenance, safety monitoring, and tenant services. You'll interact with tenants, contractors, and emergency personnel while ensuring building security and maintenance standards are upheld.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as master keyholder, assisting locked out tenants
• Monitor fire alarm systems and conduct emergency responses
• Show apartments to potential tenants during tours
• Inspect and report building deficiencies and maintenance




• Maintain security by ensuring doors are properly secured

Requirements:
• Previous maintenance and customer service experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valuable communication skills with tenants and staff
• Understanding of basic emergency procedures and legislation
• Must live in office and be available for on-call coverage
