We are seeking a Law Clerk with a minimum of 2 years experience in litigation, preferably in insurance defence or personal injury, to join our team. You will be working on both tort and accident advantage matters.
Duties and Responsibilities Brief and summarize documents and files
Prepare and review affidavits of documents
Follow-up correspondence and updating of undertakings charts
Preparation of pleadings
Attend and assist with preparation for trial or hearings
Education and Qualifications Completion of a Law Clerk or Paralegal program is an asset
RRSP matching program
Salary $55,000 - $75,000 commensurate to experience, plus bonus
