Thrifty-Foods Sidney BC is seeking a Produce Supervisor to coach and develop friendly, well-trained staff while supervising the department. You’ll act as the go-to person in the absence of the Department Manager and Assistant, and contribute to employee and customer engagement.
You will lead the department to deliver a superior customer service experience, monitor sales and inventory, ensure labeling accuracy, and uphold SOP and food safety standards in a quick-paced retail workplace.
