You own the budget, schedule, and day to day client relationship on your projects, working alongside estimators, superintendents, and general contractors to keep the work moving. When something goes sideways, like a change order dispute or a tight schedule, you flag it early and bring a plan, not just a problem. You take ownership of your projects without waiting to be told what to do next.
